hi. i'm checking out vox, mainly to see how the integration with other web doohickies, like amazon and flickr, works. my initial impression: too big, too heavy, too many, too much! we'll see if it gets better or more intuitive as i go along.

for now, here's a photo i took last saturday.

First off, your photos are GORGEOUS! Secondly, you're going to love Vox. There are so many cool features and options on here. You have the option of showing or hiding ANYTHING on your page that you want to. It's really a great site. The privacy features are the best.

It does feel like a bit much. But it has potential. I might just have to break it in a bit, like a new pair of shoes.

Y'know, I was this --><-- close to using the style you picked but I was seduced by cephalopods.

yes, it has potential. but this begs the question-- why both breaking in something new when you have a nice comfortable blog on LJ already and all your friends are already on it? there must be a compelling reason to go switching your primary home on the web. so basically i'm looking for reasons why this might be better. *shrug*

I have tried almost all of that is out there and settled on Vox. mySpace, Hi5, Xanga, MSN Spaces, Blogspot, Yahoo!360 and finally Vox. I decided to end it all with the last two and keep the 360 presence only because I have such a large community built.

Vox is much more flexible and more "Adult-Like." so I use it for my more serious blogging. So in short.... Yes I like it a lot.
